The rugs had stains on them, the shower was corroded, and the nozzles did not work, the water temp was lukewarm and could not be fixed without them tearing out all the plumbing. The couch was saggy and looked like it had come from a garage sale, the furniture was all dusty, damaged & faded.
We contacted the 3rd part company and they have failed to contact us back This was my honeymoon and they put us in the is dark burgundy ratty old suite that looked like a high roller or mafia room. There is a 3rd party consulting company that books the group rooms and Harrah's staff was unwilling to assist us with anything because they felt it was not their problem.
